What should i buy To play GTA V on High(without Textures level High)

Hi Wonderful Guys!
I was wondering which card should i buy to Play GTA V at maxed out without Advancing the Texture level.
I currently got $160 and do not have any of GPU in my PC
My Current PC Specs:-
Dell Optilex 755 Tower
Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.83 GHz
8 GB Ram
450 Watts PSU
500 GB HDD
What u think i should i buy?

If you could stretch your budget by $30, you could get a GTX 960. I'm assuming that you're playing in 1080p resolution.

cpu will hold you back. I recommend saving up money and building a new system with an i5

Get gtx 965m 2GB
why everyone wants to play GTA V
you are looking for a laptop GPU right ?
if not get GTX 960 TI 2GDRR5 or 750 Ti

GTX 960 is good but a little expensive for your budjet
I recommend GTX760 Ti 4GB
