Hey i do have a strange problem. when playing Gta 5 my GPU usage is spiking all the time. it never stays at 100% or close to. I also do get FPS drops. Sometimes i do get a black screen with vertical stripes. In case of a RMA i made a video with full of evidence. https://youtu.be/BvbLrhX34ao Please watch it fully. So far i tryed these things, DDU remove old drivers, Install Gta 5 drivers, Tryed different ram stick. Fresh windows, Underclock card, Prime 95, Furmark, Bios update, Reseating GPU, Unparking Cores Cleaning my GPU + system from dust. Most intresting part is that a friend of mine took mine R9 290 in his system and it runned withouth any problems, he has a similiar build like mine
