Hi. I have a HP Photosmart ePrint...C410a Printer. It prints just fine from the normal tray, but it has a special tray for smaller photo printing (ie 5x7, 4x6, etc.). When I use this tray to print photos, either from the computer or scanned from the printer itself, it comes out 95% or higher use of majenta or red and the pic is 80% streaky. You can tell what some of the picture is but for the most part it's a mess. I've tried aligning and cleaning the heads but it won't work. Can you let me know how to fix this problem or how to print using smaller photo paper in the regular printer tray and calling it photo paper with print on max. thanks in advance to anyone who will help. I greatly appreciate it.

sometimes it works ok but and is not streaky but the quality isn't there and it's only with the photo paper slot that takes upto 5x7 photo paper. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried doing a level 1 & 2 head cleaner and alignment but it doesn't make a difference. Anyone have any ideas?
