So I'm planning on selling my old Budget game pc to a buddy. That Particular pc is as follows.
ASrock 970 extreme 3 mobo
Gigabyte 7850 OC edition windforce GPU
AMD phenom II 965 BE CPU (stock cooler)
2x 4gb sticks Gskill Ripjaw RAM
1TB WD Caviar Blue 7200 HDD
Antec 620w 80+ bronze High Current Gamer PSU
Lite-On DVD player/burner
4x Cougar case fans LED BLue
Saitek Eclipse II keyboard (red) + Razer Naga mouse (red)

The new one i would like to build is in the link.

I am in Ontario, Canada.

My questions and requirements are as follows.

I would like another budget gamer that has better cpu and gpu performance but it does not need to be insanely better. More of an upgrade.

Must be AMD Cpu and Radeon GPU
Trying to keep the red and black motif as you can see in the link. Would considering defaulting to black and white (worse case scenario, all black). No other colors are an option

trying to be <800$ i do not need a monitor or an OS. I would like a mouse/keyboard. feel free to build and post links for them here and offer your suggestions.

What would you price my old rig at if i was selling it used Approx 2years old with moderate use mostly gaming and Photoshop.

If i've left anything out please lmk.

you're buying a CM Devastator Bundle and selling the Razer Naga + that expensive keyboard?

The cm devastator is just filler. I may keep the Naga if the build is black and red still.
I'm open to keyboard upgrades cause tbh the Eclipse keyboard I have sucks. It's loud as shit the keys aren't as responsive as I'd like abd it would be nice to have a colored wasd back-lit abd even a left hand hot key pad

I'd rather have the 6300 6core if it will increase photoshop and video editing performance along with multitasking speed efficiency.

Also my 7850 2gb can't handle my moded skyrim with enb shaders. That's one of my concerns also.
