Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how many watts I should buy when I upgrade my PC from a single GTX 680 to two 980 TIs. I know very little, sad to say. At the moment I have a 750w Gold PSU that is less than a year old and a 850W gold that is almost eight years old. As I understand the older a PSU is the less output it is able to give, and each grade, bronze, silver, gold, titanium, offers a percentage of the theoretical total that a PSU is rated for.
How do I tell how much power my computer uses?
How much additional power should I buy to account for a decent OC?
