Forum glitches with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Anyone have any idea how to fix this annoying bug with 14.04?

It really messes up whenever I try and enter code, or try and quote someone. I'm running Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS with the Numix Circle theme. My resolution is 2560x1600 on a 13 inch screen. Anything else you need to know?

I would guess the problem is with the theme you use rather than the forum. Try a different theme to see if the issue goes away.

Sorry, I should have noticed that you changed the icon theme only. But try a different desktop theme... some dark desktop themes have color schemes that produce white text on white backgrounds so the text is invisible. This happens in some cases with text-entry boxes and other places like quotes. Or, if the theme allows you to edit the colors, a change in one of the colors can make a difference.

Before I was using the Numix theme and the Numix-circle icon theme. Even on the default colour scheme this happens, and only on this website.
