slow speed hdd fast at the beginning

I have win 8.1pro
Core i3 HP laptop

Model number r118 be
When copying files in the HDD speed starts at 133mbps but drops at 70 then 40 stays at 40 for some time then 20 then start going below 20.
Anybody help or is this normal

Run a health check of your hard drive using crystaldiskinfo.

Mine is 5400rpm and health status is good and every value is 200 or 100

As long as the status doesn't say caution or warning, the hard drive is ok and those transfer rates are completely normal.
