My current system:
ASUS M4A88TD-M USB3 AMD 880G Socket AM3 MB
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition AM3 CPU
2x - Corsair 4GB DDR3 PC10666 1333MHz 4096MB
EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB GDDR5 PCIe 2.0
Cooler Master GX Series 650W Power Supply 80 PLUS
Windows 7 Ultimate

I built this PC back in 2011 and I figure it needs an upgrade.
I was wondering if I'm able to just upgrade the graphics card or will I need to get a new cpu, motherboard, or power supply?

This is the graphics card I'm planning to upgrade to:

If there are any suggestions or if there's a better card for around 200-250 price, I will gladly appreciate the help

I'd get a MSI R9 380 4GB, yes it is a rebrand of the 285 but it's faster and more power efficient. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127878&cm_re=r9_380-_-14-127-878-_-Product
It's also $10 cheaper and has 2 extra GB of vram so there's absolutely no reason to go for a 285.

Although I like Nvidia, I would advise against a 960. It is overpriced imo and there are more powerful alternatives in the same price range. I'd get a R9 380 or R9 280x instead, which are much better bang for your buck.
