I recently built my first PC, but made a bad call on the GPU. The new one - Gigabyte R7 260X GDDR5-2GB 2xDVI/HDMI/DP OC Graphics Card (GV-R726XOC-2GD) - just arrived yesterday. Getting it working was a bit of a challenge. Apparently my computer didn't recognize the new GPU, and thought my monitor was a "generic PnP monitor" (still does).

I eventually found something called "AMD Catalyst." That seemed to download the correct drivers and got the GPU straightened out. However, one of the first things I noticed was that everything is a slight bit fuzzy, compared to how it was previously. Gmod didn't default at my native resolution (1920x1080) and was a lot darker/extremely fuzzy once I had fixed it. The person at (http://superuser.com/questions/435989/display-is-slightly-blurry-on-native-1920x1080-resolution) seems to be having the same problem, and someone added that they used the Catalyst control center to get the clear resolution they needed.

I've found the "Desktop and Displays" section in my control center, but the "My Digital Flat-Panels" option isn't there and the rest of the settings aren't giving me what I'm looking for. What should I do? My old GPU was an Nvidia Quadro, by the way.

EDIT**
I bought this product from Ebay. The GPU itself is brand new, but there was no CD with drivers or utilities included. Upon startup, the resolution was set to the minimum (600x800). The GPU was listed as "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" under Display adapters in the Device Manager. I then went to (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4796#ov), navigated to the Support and Downloads tab, and downloaded the Driver for my OS. This just installed Catalyst, which changed the Display adapters thing to Radeon something-or-other. This also messed up my screen, making it a slight bit blurry. I've tried restarting, reinstalling Catalyst, and messing with almost every setting.

Unfortunately, I've already tried that. It doesn't make any noticeable differences on or off.

Those have always been grayed-out for me, any idea how to get access to them?

Tried that as well, no luck. I've also just tried restarting with the option on and then off, neither changed anything.
EDIT***
I've found that I can access these options by lowering my resolution, but that's not really what I'm going for - I need 1920x1080.
