Here are my Specs:
Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB GDDR5 GPU
AMD FX-4200 Quad-Core 3.3 GHz CPU
GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev. 6.0) AM3+ Motherboard
Team Elite 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 RAM
Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler
Sentey® Power Supply 850w Modular 80 Plus Bronze
Sentey Gs-6008 Stealth Gaming Computer Case

I am just having a hard time trying to sell my old PC components and I'm hoping I don't have to spend another $100 for an adequate CPU.

Solution
Here are some comparisons I scrapped up (Hope this helps)

GPU clock speed:
Yours - 850MHz
PS4 - 800MHz
Xbox One - 853 MHz (originally 800 MHz)

CPU:
Yours - Quad Core, 3.3GHz
PS4 - 8 Core, supposedly on 1.6GHz
Xbox One - 8 Core, 1.75GHz

RAM (Bit iffy here):
Yours - 8GB DDR3 (Going to assume the 1600 number is the MHz, so that)
PS4 - 8GB GDDR5 5500MHz
Xbox One - 8GB DDR3 2133MHz

HDD (Couldn't find speeds for the consoles):
Yours - Seagate 1TB
PS4 - 500GB HDD
Xbox One - 500GB HDD
