Hello,
I just turned on my PC today and it was really loud. I opened it up to see what was going on and one of my GPU Fans was spinning very fast. Not both of them, just one. I have no idea what is going on here and I do have video evidence.

I do believe my PSU isn't supplying a stable current to my GPU because the fan dies down every now and then for a split second then goes back up.

Here is the video: https://youtu.be/Pa6m37WQFTY

Thanks for any help!

Your PSU is high quality and more than enough power. Shouldn't be an issue.

Try uninstalling the GPU drivers and installing the newest ones.

If you have anything like EVGA PrecisionX or MSI Afterburner, make sure the fan profiles are set to default.

What are the GPU temps when it is going crazy?

My PSU fan doesn't spin so I still believe that's the problem. I can't run the newest Nvidia drivers because they cause my PC to freeze up whenever I play a game. My temps are 31 Degrees Celsius. It just started doing it when i turned it on from sleep today so I doubt my fan profiles aren't default and because I haven't messed with anything like that before.

Yeah, I've been needing to get to that, I just needed my PC for a while. Any idea how long that would take?

Hello, I also have the same problem. My gpu fan spins at max speed and really loud when I'm opening my pc, it's a gtx 1050ti. my gpu temp is at 40 C and fan rpm is at 4250. I set the fan speed to the lowest which is 29, but it is still going crazy.

Thanks for any help!

Your video is private ,can't see it.
The power supply fan may or may not be a problem depending on model. Some have a passive mode switch.
My power supply doesn't turn on until I reach about 300watts power draw from it.

Download latest driver and save it.
Download DDU and run it according to instructions.

Boot into windows and right click the driver installer and "Run as Administrator" to install.
