Ok so basically like 5 months ago i took my pc to fix because the hdd failed and it was complicated for me to fix it and long story short i spent 200$ to fix it and now my system storage looks like this:

So let me explain here, i have two HDD on my pc right now, one of 1tb and the other of 148gb, the 148gb you can see is already full and its my boot drive, now idk why the repair man did and split my 1tb into 2 drives the E and the F, basically i want to merge those 2 so i can have one drive!
so to follow me, i would like to have the E and the F drive into 1 drive so in the end i would have 3 drives not 4.

You can do this using free third party partition software such as that by easeus - however you really should back up data on the paritions you are going to merge, its good practice and can save you in case anything goes wrong during the partition e.g. power failure.

just need resize the partition, actually, it is not necessarily to merge them, shink the E or F and extend C: in disk management, or like @ezzy_s say, use the third party partition software.
