Need a good fan controller under $30

My motherboard only has 1 available plug for a case fan, but my case has 4 fans, i have 3 unusable fans right now. My computer gets too hot as it is since i only have 1 case fan running, so i really need to use the other 3. I need a good fan controller under $30 that will fit a bay that is about 5.75 inches wide and about 1 11/16 inches tall

The fan controller I recommended is the same size as the one Zerk2012 recommended. :(

The one Zerk recommended is 6.5 x 6.2 x 1.9 inches, the one you recommended is 5.8 x 5.5 x 1.7 inches, Im getting the one you recommended, it looks like it will fit perfect and it looks decent also.
