Hi,
I started noticing my computer being ridiculously slow sometimes, and tracked down the issue to the CPU multiplier being stuck at 8x after resume from hibernation. After a fresh reboot, it starts behaving like normal scaling up to 34x.
I tried updating the motherboard bios from v1702 to v1801, but not only the problem was not fixed, but now I can no longer use the XMP #1 profile for DDR4-2666MHz, getting no video and "bd" Q-CODE (which I think is unrelated).
Even with the normal profile 100Mhz bclock, the multiplier keeps stuck at 8x after resume from hibernation, as can be seen on this image:

This is very frustrating, as I spent a lot of money to get a computer with outstanding performance, and now I'm stuck with an 800Mhz machine every now and then. Is there any bios settings that could be incorrectly set to be causing this?
