is my computer build good for 1080p gaming

hello everyone. I was just wondering if my computer is any good for gaming at 1080p.(ultra) PC:
CPU: i5 4460
Mobo: MSI Z97s krait edition
GPU: Asus strix gtx 970
RAM: 8 gb of kingston hyperx blue
Storage: samsung 850 evo 120gb(boot) and seagate barracuda 1tb
Power supply: Evga nex750b 750w
Case: CM storm stryker

It'll work fine, no need for a Z97 with your CPU as it has a locked multiplier, could save some going to a H97 mobo and sink the savings into another component
