I am looking into buying a new gaming pc for £1000. I have a 1080p monitor which I use to play my games on. Are there any good builds for £1000?

Solution
Do you want to overclock? Also will you be doing renders? If both what one is more important?

Overclocking build option 1.

Non overclocking with same parts as above. You can get a cheaper mobo like this one but I did not change it on this parts list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah97d3h
This Xeon CPU is equal to a i7 without the price tag and the ability to overclock

Overclocking build with i7. (not needed if you are just gaming at 1080p) Includes a RED fan.
