Hello, I need help making a PC build for 1000 CAD
I don't mind going a little over 1000 CAD, just not much.
I would like a system that can run a heavily modded Skyrim (Skyrim 2k textures, ENB, Various texture mods) and Fallout: New Vegas (Again, heavily modded)
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I was wondering, would replacing the stock case fans in the 200R be a good idea? I read that they're fairly loud.
