My computer has been acting wierd

So lately ive been playing games on my computer and ive been having problems my games start to just freeze and wont do anything so i'd have to manually restart my computer, my gpu seems fine with the temps reaching 59 celcius rarely thats the max my cpu has a stock cooler and ranges from 55-68 celcius im not sure if it could be my cpu temp or if it could be my gpu or even my psu, my specs are gtx 970, i5 4690k devils canyon, 550w corsair power supply, msi z87s or something motherboard, 1 tb hard drive 1cd rom.

i cant remember the name of the mother board all i know is it works with my cpu its a lga 1150 i think it was like z97 or someting and i dont overclock, a few moments ago my computer shut off randomly so im thinking either one of my parts are over heating or my battery isnt enough.

the wierd thing is this has only been happening for the past couple of days, i unparked my cpu cores as some one told me it would run better i then parked them back as i thought it was the issue.. could it have caused damage?

um so far all i can say is that it just recently started tro do this i thought it was something i downloaded so i did a full wipe on my hard drive and reinstalled basica nessecittys
if theirs a way i can find a crash report ill give it to u

so this can cause my game to freeze and my computer to become unresponsive? wtf o.o and whats the fix for this im not really into coding and shit so im like a blind man trying to walk on a obstacle course


but still this doesnt make sense it just started to happen just a few days ago before it would never happen or barely.

Windows does not give a full read back to the operating system about the error. It is hit and miss on what it sends back. Make sure your drivers are up to date and that you are using stock speeds and reset the bios back to default settings. There will be an option to do so inside the bios. Both the PSU and mobo are low quality so I am assuming it has to do with one of them. Finding out what one might be hard. :(
