trying to find a good intel cpu for my new gamin rig

Hello everyone i have a computer with a gtx 960 oc a 750 watt ps a medium size case and 16 gb of vengance ram on a gigabye B85M-DS3H motherboard. havent got a hard drive yet not ganna get an ssd getting into the sport of gaming and stuff so dont know all the best cpu's and stuff. if anybody has a suggestions on a good cpu for this board for gaming plz leave a comment. cheaper is batter somthing under $250 would be best

You will need a BIOS update to add a new chip to it. I would get a i5-4460 or i5-4590. I might even upgrade the mobo also. To something like a Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H - https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah97d3h
or a better one like this - https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz97xgaming5 with a 4690k (if you want to overclock)

mk thx ya im pretty new at the names of evrything but building isnt an issue but thx for doin this suggestion cause im tryin to get the pc done quick thx.

If u chamged ur motherboard to a z87 or z97 i would shoot for the i5 4690k with a hyper 212evo or 212x turbo. All of these pricrs are amazing for the price.
