1 Fan plug, 4 fans, which one should i use?

Solution
back fan is most important, that comes first in the priority chain. Front intake comes second. Side intakes are actually kinda optional depending on your system.

depends on whether or not you want your computer to sound like a vaccuum. I personally can stand the noise just fine, it only slightly irritates me. For others a quiet PC is a must have. Going Molex will make all your fans run at 100%. That's why people with less fan ports on their motherboards go with fan controllers.

if you use molex, then set your cable to 5v, not 12v, especially for intake.
so your fan will spinning slower..

afaik, more outtake than intake (negative pressure) is the best for the cpu, prevent dust accumulate in your case.

This isn't really what i asked... I asked which fan i should use until i get something to control them.

I am not using molex for my fan, i have a 3 pin connector on my motherboard that i am using right now. so outtake will be better for it instead of using the front intake?

use them all was the point i was making. if you have fans and spare headers you wont need to control them the motherboard will do it as long as you use pwm fans on pwm headers or voltage regulated fans on vr headers. (often set in bios)
and finally use constant speed fans on the molex.

not always mate.

your discounting the psu fan. if the psu is mounted at the top of the case then adding a front fan would be the best option. the psu fan will do the job of a back plate fan.

also negative pressure while good for cooling actually causes more dust in the case as air will get sucked in every crease the case has, which in turn sucks dust in along with it.
a slight positive pressure will help keep a case dust free (assuming you have filters).
the overall difference in performance is about 1-2'c on ambient case temps.

When i switched the fan to use the back fan, it decreased all my temperatures, the main one, is it decreased my idle cpu temperature from 36 Celsius to 27 Celsius. I am sticking with using this fan for now until i get a fan controller.
