Main purpose is Video Editing (Premiere Pro CC2015), Motion Graphics (After Effects CC2015), and some 3D modeling (3DStudio, 3D Element plugin for After Effects).

Just before I pull the trigger, would like a final review on the following:

CPU: Intel Core i7 5820 3.3GHz
MB: Gigabyte X99-UD3P ATX
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Lpx 32GB 2666Mhz (4x8GB)
PSU: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified ATX
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full Tower EATX Case

Will be carrying over the following:
Video: NVidiea GeForce GTX660
HD: 128GB SSD + 3.0TB HDD

Wouldn't mind doing a little overclocking to push the CPU a little faster, but never done it before so am a little hesitant.

This is what I came up with. For the most part there isn't really much that I changed. For $1200/1500 USD/CAD you really nailed it on terms of parts. I fit in the NZXT Kraken x61 to help you overclock your cpu. The Hyper 212 Evo is good, but not good enough to push 4.0ghz on that cpu without the temps blistering. I knocked down the speed of your ram to 2400mhz because you can overclock the ram to 2666mhz anyway. I also bumped down the power supply to 650w, because you won't need much more than that, even with your 660..

Sorry I wasn't much of a help! But good build for what you want to do,
