Heating Issues with Graphics Card for a while

So I have been having a heating issue with my Graphics Card for a while now and its starting to get a bit irritating. I have a Zotac Gforce Gtx 760 graphics card and its fairly new, only been a year since I got it. So let me go over my cooling temperatures.

When I am idol on the computer, lets say on the internet my graphics card is usually around 40-50 degrees. Thats not normal to me. Before this it was usually around 30-40 degrees while idling. And while gaming, it skyrockets to a mixed amount during certain games. Borderlands 2 : 80-90 dagrees, CS:GO: 70 - 80 degrees or higher, I could make the list longer but you get the point.

So my first solution was to get a new case since my stock case was very bad at keeping it cool ( Yes I started with a stock computer but I have customized it a little). So I got the new case got it installed, and it didn't help at all. Now I wont go as to say getting a new case was a complete loss. Now its easier to customize in the future, much more space inside of it for more things, and I was able to remove all the dust inside.

So now here I am. Still struggling to keep my graphics card cool after fiddling around with MSI afterburner, changing the settings on games to make them less demanding, and seeing no results. Its honestly so aggravating.

So Id really appreciate some help. Should I fix something in my case? Change airflow? Or just replace the whole graphics card?(Which I am more than willing to do at this point.) Because its really hard to enjoy playing some games with my friends, when there is this constant anxiety of worrying im going to damage my computer.I would really appreciate it!

Oh and PS , if you would like my other computer specs , feel free to ask me later because Id like to find my list I made.

Your graphics card will automatically throttle and turn down it's clock speed if it overheats so it's unlikely that you'll damage it. Are the fans spinning at full speed? If you have the money, I'd go for a new GTX 960 or R9 380.

I have it on Auto , where the fans speed up depending on how hot it gets. Even on full , its still not enough to keep it cool. I will take the new purchase into consideration.

Hm, are you overclocking it? The Zotac coolers aren't the best :/
