IP Address Error(Need Fast Response!!) Emergency

Hey guys I have a setup which goes like this.
Modem-->Wireless Router-->Wifi/Laptop-->USB to Ethernet Adapter--Ethernet Cord-->Xbox 360.
I bridged my Wifi with my local area connections which is the adapter and every time i try to connect to xbox live i get a ip address error.Can You Help Me Quick I have some friends coming over to play and now it just randomly stops working.

I know its not an emergency but i can not connect directly because i have the older fat white xbox where you gotta buy a wifi adapter dongle or connect using Ethernet cable and those are up to $60 and i just cant buy something like that for that much

What do you mean by switch and im in another room hence why im using my laptop

Thats what im doing and everytime i try to test my connection on xbox it says im connected to the internet but cant contact xbox live

When i bridge my connections i can use the internet on my laptop but my xbox wont connect to live its says i can connect to the internet but it cant contact Xbox Live my IP Address for the xbox pops up as 192.168.1.4

I don't really know about that.But all i can say right now is that Im bridging connections for my xbox connect through a usb to Ethernet adapter because my laptop is HP 15 notebook and doesn't have a Ethernet port with lights or the green or yellow flashing lights
