Overclocking will create much more heat. Excessive heat may shorten the life of your cpu. If you can cool the cpu to keep it within its TDP while overclocking it should not shorten its lifespan. Get a good cooler.

YES, but if you're careful to keep cpu cool, it won't be enough to matter unless you plan on keeping the same cpu 10 years

CPU life spawn can be decrease by to much heat, and Vcore.
But if you not exceed setting for 24/7h in almost all OC Guides you have max Vcore, heat for 24h/7 use

Yes, an overclock will result in a shorter lifespan of your CPU but realistically speaking you will probably need to upgrade before the CPU even starts to fail and by that time the CPU will be outdated and pretty much worthless.

If the voltage is set too high the lifespan will decrease.
If the heat is too high the lifespan will decrease.
Easy solution google max safe voltage amd max safe temps for your cpu and overclock it until that max.
