How to customize my windows to look like another?

I just installed Windows 7 on my new desktop and I am surprised to find that it looks completely different! Down below are 2 pictures, the Alienware laptop and desktop is the one i want to make it look like. The other picture of the monitor is how it looks like now. Can someone help me figure how to make it look clean and nice like on the Alienware?

Its the same windows - Chrome actually. One you have bookmarks. The other you don't.

You have to turn on the windows aero effects. Guide here, set it to best appearance

I think its your browser settings.

Are they both using the same version of windows?

Click the Start button, enter Computer in the search box, right-click Computer, and then click Properties.
Your windows version will be listed here if you are using windows 7 (it will say home premium, ultimate etc)

In google chrome, at the top right of the browser there is an icon with 3 horizontal lines. Click that and open settings
Check if you are using themes from here, maybe you just need to download the same chrome theme as your alienware has

Right click on your desktop and select "personalization". You can try or look through windows themes here and see if there is a match

If not:
In that window, at the bottom it would say "color" select that

Set the color to blue, and change around the intensity settings with the slider. Once it looks similar, press ok

That is strange. Have you tried the different overall themes in personalization? I'm starting to think it doesn't support that aero feature

I completely changed the theme and made in not Aero and it still stayed the same.

At the theme selection screen, at the top it gives you the option to download more themes. Download one from the website, any one. Install it and select it. Hopefully this would help
