New overclocking build help!

Hello,
I am building a new computer soon and wanted to know if what I have will work with overclocking. I guess mainly I am wondering if the motherboard will do and if any other components don't fit. Thanks!

I've been looking around newegg for motherboards and I'm now wondering how to select a good one? My head is spinning from all the options. Any suggestions on what to look for in overclocking? I have the MSI board I posted here, but what are some other options?

It'll all come down to a choice of what do you need and whether u want to overpay. Most important thing to look in the mobo imo is quantity of phases and quality of build

No oc then no need in z board. H will be fine. Also I would advise against raidmax psu

Wow so I was looking around for this weeks deals on a few sites and found what looks like a great deal. It's on Frys.com for an Intel I5-4690K and an MSI Z97 MPOWER Max AC LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard all for $288.00. Does anyone have any info on if the board makes this deal worth it? Thanks!

Is there any reason I would not be able to run ram that requires 1.65 V on my build? I am looking at the mushkin redline ram.
