would this be a good gaming pc set up for maxing out alot of games and a little overclocking?

im looking to build my first gaming pc and i would like to max out on most games. im just wondering if these part will be good and if you have any other parts that would be better or cheaper. im looking to go around 800 or 850 on my parts and these are running me around 900 or atleast according pcpartpicker . so if you have any ideas or suggestions let me know.

at 1080p, that setup will easily kill anything and everything you can throw at it
Move into some 1440p and youll still max out titles like battlefield 4 withoout a problem
4K is where this pc will shine, yes you will have to turn down some of your settings but when you acheive a playable framerate, youll see how beautiful 4K gaming is!!
honestly thats a sweet pc
