PSU corrupt windows system file?

my pc spec
Processor A10-5800k
Ram 8gb "2x 4gb"
HDD 1tb hdd
GPU radeon Hd7750
PSU 600W but not true rated

i tried to reinstall 4 time the windows, at first i can use normally, and after 4 hrs of using my pc it start to freeze sometimes blue screen, i try to run in test all the hardware and there is no error

This could be several things.

Make sure the motherboard BIOS is up to date.

Also, try just using the integrated video and remove the HD7750.

If you are overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory), stop and revert back to stock speeds.

What is the actual make/model of your power supply?

What is the stop code on the BSOD?
