Hi, I'm currently using Athlon 5150 in HTPC setting. Problem though is that it lags on youtube 1080p30/60 and Netflix fHD streaming (which defeats the purpose of using HTPC to say the least). What confuses me is that streaming 1080p video from my home server using video player works fine. Also, I'm currently using powerline but it's being very unreliable. It constantly drops which cause some trouble when using streaming services. So I'm considering about switching to wifi with good wifi card from Intel + wifi repeater.

CPU: AMD Athlon 5150
GPU: AMD R3 Graphics
RAM: Generic DDR3-PC12800 8GB
MOBO: MSI AM1I
PSU: Seasonic 380W OEM PSU
right now I'm thinking about purchasing Intel Centrino Ultimate-n 6300 and gpu. Would this solve my problem? If purchasing GPU would solve playback problem, which GPU should I purchase? Thank you and have a good day.
