Help me buy graphic card

Hi I am currently using onboard graphics on my pc which is 512 mb. my system specifications are as follows

AMD Phenom ll X2 560
Gigabyte 78LMT-S2PT Motherboard
Corsair 4GB DDR3 RAM

Now which graphic card should i buy... i searched online on my own and these three i could come up with please help me further

1.Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 240 with Boost R7 240 2GB DDR3
2.Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost R7 250 2GB DDR3
3.ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT630 4GB DDR3 Graphics Card GT 630 4 GB Synergy Edition

I basically need for Editing videos, using Photoshop & entry level gaming

That x2 will probably hold it back.
A better CPU, a R7 260/GTX 750ti.650tiBoost & extra 4gb RAM will make it a solid 1080p gaming rig.

R7 250 is probably your best bet as AMD is generally better on the lower end. However, don't expect to edit videos as you need a better CPU for that. That config will still beat my i3 3217u laptop with intel graphics.*shudders*
