BSOD while playing BF4 and CSGO

Solution

It runs till you stop it but you should be getting 0 errors. You need to take all but one stick of ram out and test that, then test each stick one at a time. You have a ram fault, this could be a stick or the ram slot on the motherboard. Another possibility I have read about but not seen is a bent CPU pin on the motherboard.
Start by telling us more. What's your system spec including make and model of PSU? Do other games work? Did these games work before? Have you upgraded anything lately or installed new software or drivers? What are your CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming?

My system is:
i5 4670k
980 strix 16gb of ram
2tb seagate hd
120gb samsung 840 evo
650 watt evga gold rated modular psu

When the system crashes the screen will freeze and then 20 seconds later it will bsod. 3 months ago i upgraded to a 980 from a 660. This has happend sparatically in the past but now it happens more than once a day. CSGO and BF4 are the only games it happens in but those are the main games that I play.

TEMPS:
idle 56 C without fan
CSGO 58 C
BF4 63 C

Just happend in BF$ and the temp was 63 C

Since installing the 980 have you uninstalled the gpu driver and reinstalled? If no do this, uninstall, then reboot, then install latest driver.

Have you tried running memtest or just 8gb ram? If you have 2 sticks of ram try each independently and see how things go.
