<1 second freeze when launch a game (not every game)

Hello, I Got freeze for <1 sec after starting a counter strike, than again in about two hours. In other game like Witcher i didnt see that. Cooling are ok, it started about few days ago. Not overclocked. specs are
i5 4590
Gtx 970 gaming 4g
8 gb ram
2TB HDD
120GB SSD
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

Thanks for any tips what to do :)

It wasnt before and now it is and its very dissappointing

Okay maybe its doing only in CS, can reinstall help?

Do you mean freezing or crashing?(freezing being the screen stopping for a second and then going back to normal and crashing being exiting out of the game entirely)

1 or less second freeze. I have never meet with crashing on this pc.
after that freeze i continue in game
