Should be fine. Usually 3.0 and 2.0 are compatible, for the most part only difference is 3.0 has more speed, but can always go slower. As for how it's going to be:
Better than any IGP for the most part.
Not as good as many of the other 260, 260x, 270, 270x, 280, 285, 280x, 290, 290x, etc.
In other words, it is a -low- end GPU.

You will not loose any noticeable performance going from 3.0 to 2.0 on most cards. Even high end(single GPU only) cards loose almost nothing.
