Gaming PC for my friend

Solution
According to the benchmark, a 750Ti can pull 55 fps on ultra settings, so as long as your friend is okay with that, then It's a fine PC.

As far as actual performance, it won't be fantastic, but it will play just about anything in 1080p in at least low-medium settings. I'm not familiar with Romanian prices, but just using a currency converter, that PC translates to $470 USD, so in the states, that wouldn't be a bad price for that machine.

He will play World of tanks and war thunder for most of the time. He wants World of tanks to run ultra@60 fps. He hasnt got a monitor yet but likely it is going to be a 720p or 900p one.

That PC should be sufficient to do what he wants to do.
Based off of this he would be better off he could find a PC with a 760, 270 or a 280 though

World of tanks has been improved since.(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFj4t0oDido). My friend gets 60 on high with a 260 ,and I get 60 with a little bit more mods on the same settings with a 970. the 270 maybe would fit the budget but he wants a PC that is prebulit...and this is the best that I can find.
