I want to buy a new video card and replace my Asus GTX660 DirectCU ii OC edition.
Which one you guys recommend to buy for $250 ? And please check my configuration to see if something is not enough (psu...)

My PC:
CPU: Intel core i5 4690k 3,5GHz
GPU: Asus GTX660 DirectCU ii OC edition
MoBo: Gigabyte Z97x Gaming 5
PSU: XFX Pro series 550W
SSD: OCZ Agility 3 128Gb (Operation system)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Processor Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
+3 LEDed fans 120mm

Hello... it is a fine card... But I feel for your $$$, you need a larger performance boost.
1) It might be best to save up for 900 series card for DirectX12, lower Power, and jump in performance over the GTX760.
2) Find a used GTX770 or 780 at a lower price.

Asus GTX 960 2Gb is a good performance boost, compared to my 660? or 4 gb version?

Hello... You need 4gb Video memory for multi displays or higher resolutions than 1080P... this is where your screen shots go before being sent to your display pixels/monitors.
Your GTX660 http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GTX+660
GTX960 http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GTX+960&id=3114
GTX770 http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GTX+770
There was an issue with slow memory performance in the GTX960... I don't know if it is physical or program fixable at this time. But look at how much power savings you get VS the 700 series card. The GTX970 is what im saving for after my GTX760.

I don't think any current single GPU setup would be bottlenecked by the 4690k.
I had the same budget and went with an R9 290 for $240 (after rebate, so $270) but had more headroom with my power supply than you do. For that PSU I'd probably go with a cheaper option like a base 960 or R9 285 and plan on upgrading again in 2016 when the next group of cards drops with the smaller nm process and hopefully a much better performance per dollar ratio.
It's a weird time to be in the mid-$200 range.
