My question is, can a tablet with Win 8.1, like the Acer Iconia W1-810, run any desktop program (that's not in the store, a normal program like power iso, vlc player, or any other?
Because I have a friend who is going to buy one to use some astronomy-related programs and he would like to run them on a tablet
