Memory causes freezing when clocking at rated clock frequencies

Just recently upgraded to windows 10, when I set my clocks at 1866 D.O.C.P. or manual my system freezes when I web browse. My memory is rated at DDR3 2000, but the default is DDR3 1333. When set to DDR3 1333 it doesn't freeze when browsing but it freezes when watching videos after a while. i ran Windows Memory Diagnostic Test and CHKDSK in the command prompt and have no issues. Is it possible my RAM is failing me or my Northbridge? I have reinstalled Windows 10 and reflashed my BIOS but I'm still having the same issue.

Well sounds like an AMD rig, what CPU and mobo? Would guess the the MC (memory controller) may be marginal with 1866. Let us know the CPU, mobo and model # of the DRAM, in the meantime could try raising DRAM voltage + 0.05 which might help and/or raising the CPU/NB about the same

There are 2 PSUs 900+450= 1350
I used these same PSUs when I had my Quad Crossfire setup in my 2009 build up until I switched my mobo in November 2011 and then when upgraded my CPU to the FX 9590 in December 2013. I've been using the same setup since, no hardware changes this recently happened since I upgraded to Windows 10 but the only thing I did differently was setup my Raid 0 in Legacy instead of UEFI because it's a pain setting it up in UEFI on this board.

Never heard of PSUs causing memory issues but tested with a DVM on both no power loss or unstable DC current.
