Need help with build. Choosing a case, I'm afraid of overheating.

Hello. I am building my new PC right now. But I really think I made some mistakes in my shopping list. Here are the components I already bought:
1. Athlon X4 860k
2. Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H MICRO ATX
3. Thermaltake SE 530W

The problem is in Thermaltake PSU. After buying this I have read that this PSU has only 35C max operating temperature. (please explain, maybe I missunderstood something) At summer in my area there are 30C+ out all day long, there is like 25-27 in my room. I have an very old no name micro atx case which only haves PSU mount on top. I really think it will be a bad idea to put a not very healthy PSU to suck air from inside the case. Would this be a good idea?

I can't return this PSU so I decided to buy a case. I found a Cooler Master Silencio 352 that look very good and I think it has a good air condition.

But looking at the PSU mount gives me some fears that my GPU will flow hot air in the PSU. I want to buy something like R7 270x or R9 280/285. Will this build work for me? I also want to get a CPU cooler like CM T4 to flow air at the top.

I don't really want a huge case, just micro atx. I will have only 1 GPU. WOn't overclock/upgrade for some years. here's the place where I want to buy a case - https://www.computeruniverse.net/groups/30000267/pc-gehaeuse.asp

Could please someone suggest me a good case for my problem around 60 Euros (including VAT, if you're not from EU it will show -20%, e.g 50)
