So I moved my PC up to make lake house for the summer and I set it up and everything and it seemed that everything was working smoothly, but I noticed i was getting bad mouse lag when ever I ran a program or when ever my PC was first turning on. It's not the mouse because I've tried the mouse on another computer and tried another mouse this computer. I've also updated my mouse driver, and now I'm out of ideas. What do you guys think the problem is?
My mouse cursor suddenly got very laggy/studdery.

When you start a new program, watch your CPU, and RAM usage in task manager.
Sometimes when you open a program it causes spikes in performance, and that can be bad for you computer.
