For your CPU, the best graphic card with no bottleneck is GTX 650 or 650ti. They can be hard to find these days, so you could go a little overkill and get a 750 or 750ti. Any brand is fine, get whichever has the highest core clock speed or whichever is cheapest if you prefer.

my budget is around 200$ and i am now using a non brand 350w psu.

PhysX is either CPU or GPU accelerated. With AMD cards, you might get CPU acceleration if the game allows it, but only CPU acceleration. This is much slower than GPU acceleration, and often makes the game unplayable. On many PhysX games, the PhysX option is grayed out and not available if you have an AMD card.

With ALL Nvidia cards you get access to GPU PhysX acceleration for those games that offer it. There is no difference in the level of details offered by the 700 series versus the latest 900 series or any other series for that matter.
