GPU drivers problem installing

I bought new rig, I first install OS, then MB driver and then GPU driver, which it failed to install. After long thinking I figured out and I reinstall OS and first install GPU driver, then MB driver and it was OK. After long time I RMA card - artefacts (glorious R9 280x - i hate you and hate people who recommended

). When GPU will come back from service, new W10 will come, so I encounter new installation OS. And I will have same problem. Why it is happening. GPU driver colide with MB driver, or it was due to faulty GPU? Anybody have any solution?

Sorry for my not so good english. Thanks for any advice, lately I became more desperate with HW.

Have you tried installing different versions of the driver package?

That's the latest stable driver release.

First I install driver from CD, that come with GPU, on the freshy newest rig from box, second time i reinstall and use again driver from CD but I first install GPU driver as I mentioned in my first post. Third time when I was trying use newest driver at the time from website you post (because of artifacts). I sucefully installed driver but my GPU didnt showed (only IGPU, I had connected cable to GPU, not to MOBO)so I reinstall OS - 1 GPU driver then MOBO driver. (Maybe when I trying install driver third time I werent uninstall all thing such as registry etc. how I read in post in this forum). Still I am confused why this is happening. It can be MOBO problem? Hope it isnt.
This is pissing me of, with older rig I didnt have this problem with drivers, I easily uninstal GPU driver and install new. With new rig everything is *******.

Use a program called DDU to uninstall graphics drivers in safe mode.

Have you updated the motherboard bios? I recently had a 290x that refused to work on 3 separate motherboards including a Z97 board.

Can you tell me how to flash bios safely? Or give me same guide from internet that is correct. Do I loose warranty, when I flash BIOS?. Thank you.

PS:For clear, I had video output from GPU, but drivers dont work (was instaled, or failed to install, GPU was not recognized). But if it is BIOS issue then why I achieve installation of GPU driver, when I install them as first driver?

Yeah that doesn't make sense to be a bios issue then.

Can it be by faulty GPU, because my GPU had artefacts so I RMA and wait for her to come back.
