Hi, i have posted here a few days ago about my old computer that i found, im adding parts etc etc.

My current PSU is Aopen Z350-08FC, Link here ( http://icecat.biz/en/p/aopen/56.04350.f110/power-supply-units-Z350-08FC-689061.html )

I would like to know what PSU i can buy that is 500w and will fit either the same size or nearly the same as mine? if not what can i do to make it fit?

Secondly I am keeping my mobo which supports ddr2 ram and i am worried the leads wont fit for this GPU or new PSU etc... will they fit and if not what can i do?

Thirdly; I am keeping my CPU it is this Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz, I want to know if this graphics card will overclock it or not as im confused on how it all works my gpu that i might buy is

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help, i know people will suggest "its better to buy a new computer" but i dont have enough money to, Please help im trying to buy all this soon as possible :')

Your RAM, aka "memory" is what the sticks are that you insert into your motherboard near your cpu.
All graphics cards have their own memory, which is not dependent on the motherboard. If you are using ddr2 memory, it is still okay to use a graphics card that uses its own ddr3 or even GDDR5.

I have a core 2 quad q6600 that can run with that gt 730 pretty well. I...

Why do you need a new PSU? What is your budget for these parts?

Also, please find which pci lanes your motherboard has or just tell us what motherboard you have and we can answer your question about the gpu better.

i need a new PSU because im going to be using a 2gb gpu that supports ddr2, i got told a 500w is needed to be safe and power it fully, my motherboard is in this link http://valid.x86.fr/f24z59 and my budget is now £50 :)

Get a corsair cx 500 for your psu

For your graphic card, a gt 730 64 bit is the card you should get if you are going to try to play any games. This would require a raise in your budget though, but it may be worth a little wait.

From there, see if you want to save more to get a better card or if you don't need to save up for even a gt 730.

For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_7tegJ9apI

You won't have a bottlenecking issue for low-end graphics cards like these.

I hope you are using 720p or lower resolution with these kinds of graphics cards.

Okay then thank you, that's great help, I'll be certain to get that, and the psu I will get too, I might be able to scrape around for it, I will be using a monitor that supports 1080p but I can lower the resolution no problem :)
