What ever happened to broad well I thought it should of been out already I cant find any info on it is it even going to be better than 4790k or same?

Broadwell was released at the beginning of the month (June 1-2). It would take 30-60 days for availability.

intel came out with the 5775C for broadwell.
Long story short... It costs more, it performs a little worse than the 4790k because of lower clocks, and it has a really good integrated graphics. Go with the 4790k or wait for skylake. Although that is rumored to be only a pitiful 8% faster than Devils Canyon.
