AMD FX-4170 bottleneck?

Hi My current setup is a AMD FX-4170, Nvidia GTX 670 FTW+, Dominator GT 8gb 1866. I run arma 3 on low, My Cpu usage is 90+, and gpu 40+. Same with most games. And what Cpu would you recommend with an AM3 socket that wouldnt bottleneck it? Here is my HWmonitor This is with a few apps open including Chrome, Steam, Skype.

I don't know when you took that screenshot of HWmonitor, but your min temp for the CPU (TMPIN0) is 71C! Was that at idle? I don't see any CPU Usage to know for sure if it was. If so, your CPU is way to hot. It may be throttling.

But yes, the GTX 670 will be slightly bottlenecked by that 1st gen Bulldozer CPU in some games. Especially online MP gaming.
