Help! My new pc not running games at anything over low quality

I have just bought a cyber power pc and it is listed as a "high performance pc" however some games (old and new) will not run at all, and the games that do i have to put on the lowest settings to be playable.
Below are my specs, if you have any help regarding my issue it would be much appreciated!
If you need any additional information i will post.

yeah, gt 720 is a card meant to make up for the complete lack of integrated graphics of the FX series CPU you have.
It's not meant for 3d graphics, and is only capable of 2d graphics.

A gtx750ti is the best you can get with the power supply you have, and they cost about $150, it's pretty good to run most games at medium-high settings at 1080p, except your CPU might hold you back.

You got screwed cause you didn't do your research dude.
Sorry but that is not a high performance gaming PC. The GTX 720 is not made for handling games on medium or higher settings. Sorry the marketing got you. :(

Your solution would be to return the computer or sell the GTX 720 on Ebay for like $30 and then buy a GTX 750. But make sure your power supply can support a 750 if you do so. (any 300W should be able to fine).

If it is only a graphics card issue i am willing to spend about 200 on a new one. Any suggestions? Or is the 750 a decent buy? And where do i find the power supply info?
