Intel i5 4460 with AMD Radeon R7 370 or Intel i3 4360 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti

I'm trying to figure out the parts for my budget gaming PC and right now I'm debating whether to get an:

Intel® Core™ i5-4460 Quad Core 3.20 GHz 6MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 with an AMD Radeon R7 370 GPU(Launched June 2015)

or an

Intel® Core™ i3-4360 Dual Core 3.70 GHz 4MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 with an EVGA FTW Edition NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti GPU

100% the i5 and 370. I slightly do not understand the comparison isnt the i5 and 370 more expensive. The 370 is a great mid ramge card that can go face to face with a 960. The i5 is also a solid cpu
