Bought a Cooler Master Storm Stryker. How to setup fans?

I also got a H100i. Just wondering, how should I setup the entire thing.
I'm new to PC building, and I was just wondering if anybody had any experience with this sort of thing.

The H100i mounts to the top very easily. I would strongly recommend that you use it as intake in a pull configuration (the fans mounted to the bottom, pulling air through the radiator into the case) add you want to maintain positive air pressure within the case. I use the front fans, added a bottom fan in front of the power supply, and the 2 fans from the H100i GTX (pretty much the same thing as the h100i ) as intake, and the 140mm rear fan as exhaust.
