Video card looking for a replacement (Asus 6850 died)

Hi Guys,
Ok my Asus 6850 card stopped working properly and I am looking to replace it. Here are my specs

AMD FX8320
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Asus M5A97 R2.0
G.Skill Ripjaws X series 8gb (2x4gb) DDR3-1600
Antec three hundred case and Antec EA650 power supply

I was looking at these 2 boards both are the same price with a rebate. Which would be better or do you recommend another card for my system.

Thank god your not an nvidia fanboy lol. Anyway, the 270 will perform better in everything and pretty handily beats out the 750ti at this price point.
