Over the last few days my ethernet hasn't been working here is whats going on. Windows 7 says I am connected to the internet however when I try to open google chrome, steam, etc it says "No server found" and "ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT" to try and fix this I have run many virus scans with McAfee and malwarebytes (which I uninstalled and re installed), I have re-booted windows in safe mode, I have made sure I am not connected to any proxy servers and disabled anti virus and firewall.
I am not lost at what It could be. I know my PC and router are working fine (through ip config) and I can ping to google.com with 4/4 responses and (11 ms)

I have already flushed DNS and released and renewed ipconfig.
The only possible thing that could have caused this could be that I was messing around with proxy servers (on proxifier) the night before however I uninstalled it and now I am confused. There could also be something blocking me through firewall but I don't know what to look for.
