Looking for a option to overclock my graphics card if found this website http://www.overclock.net/t/1330897/official-gtx-660-non-ti-owners-club
, got part way though (About step 3) and restarted my computer. After the restart nothing cam up. The only way I can get the computer to boot is though safe mode, but even that does not stop it from being distorted. I done ****** it up and am in disperate need for help with this problem. I know I am idiot I do not need to be lectured. Ive included a snapshot of the my computer.

Dude take it easy, overclocking is an adventure, sometimes you can mess things up, its part of the game.
Where is the distortion in that image? Just download EVGA precision and return your GPU to default clock speeds and ram. If that doesn't work underclock the card.

If all fails, can try flashing custom rom on the GPU

You might be able to fix it by just uninstalling the card's driver and reinstalling, both should be possible from safe mode. Odds are that safe mode only looks odd because Windows loaded a proprietary graphics driver that operates at a low resolution. Nothing actually wrong with the graphics card when that happens

Thanks for that last post. Sounds like an unhandled exception came from nvlddmkm.sys, which is part of Nvidia's video card driver set. Uninstall/reinstall those video card drivers whenever you can

That's a long thread, exactly which bit were you following?
If you restarted halfway through a BIOS flash things are going to get tricky.
Does the motherboard have an onboard video output? If so you may be able to use that and boot normally and, possibly, continue the flashing process that way.

Um it seems to be a bunch of pixel wide lines going across the screen. I ended up taking a picture because it didnt show it on the snip.

Unfortunately the mother board does not have on board graphics. Once it is booted how would I go about flashing the graphics card bios properly?

Lines can be anything really. Boot back to safe, uninstall any and all video drivers, uninstall GeForce Experience if you use that, then go to the root directory and delete the 'NVIDIA' folder. This is a good process for permanently deleting drivers. Same goes for AMD drivers. Boot normal and reinstall the graphics card drivers by reinstalling GeForce Experience. Report back if there is no fix

Well the card does not actually store anything that you can interact with (mostly just an interface to communicate with the operating system's kernel). At this point I would not rule out hardware malfunction either. Did you see the lines the last time you booted to safe?
